We work alongside families to provide individualized solutions to everyday challenges. Our goal is to improve our client's quality of life by using tools to develop socially significant behaviors and meeting families wherever they need support the most - at home, school, or out in the community. We offer individual ABA therapy sessions as well as social skills groups, developmental playgroups, educational assessments, and skills acquisition programs throughout the Tampa Bay, FL area, including Hillsborough and Pasco Counties.

Meet Paula Kraskow, BCBA
Owner, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Certified Special Education Teacher
I have been in the field of ABA for over 10 years, providing services in homes, schools, and clinical settings. Prior to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I worked as a special education teacher supporting students with autism and other related disabilities.

I founded Tools for Success ABA in order to provide families with high quality ABA that includes opportunities for socialization and community engagement. My passion is to give my clients the communication, social, and adaptive
skills they need to succeed and live a fulfilled life! I am
dedicated to providing therapy that considers each child's unique interests, strengths, and goals. I also prioritize parent coaching because I know that caregivers are a child's most important teachers.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Special Education at the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg and my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Ball State University. I am passionate about my faith, and that faith gives me the drive to use ABA as a tool to make lasting change for individuals struggling with behavior challenges. In my spare time, you can find me reading, boating, or doing Pilates!
Getting Started with Tools for Success ABA
STEP ONE
Call us at 908-938-1577 to share your insurance information, schedule an evaluation, and get your questions answered. We will send intake paperwork for you to get started.
STEP TWO
Your child will participate in an assessment to determine their strengths, challenges, and goals. We work closely with parents and caregivers to design a meaningful treatment plan.
STEP THREE
Start an ABA program tailored to the needs of your child and family! Programs may be conducted in homes, at school, and/or at local community locations.
